ElecTrack - Personnel & Material Planning for an Electrical Company
From paper chaos to lean workflow: time tracking, materials, projects & billing in one system
The Challenge
The company worked with scattered Excel lists, messenger photos and manual time sheets. Material consumption was difficult to track, project costs could only be evaluated with delay and billing took a long time.
The Solution
We developed ElecTrack as a customized web app: a central system for projects, work reports, time entries, material bookings and cost overviews – with role-based access, mobile usable on the construction site. Backend: Node.js API with MySQL/MariaDB; Frontend: modern React interface. Exports for Excel/Lexware simplify billing.
